I have a chronic shoulder/elbow condition that is aggravated by weight bearing exercise, and thought this piece of equipment would be just the thing I need to prevent that, yet still get the arm/shoulder shaping I desire. Not so....after the first use, my condition (tendonitis/bursitis) flared so badly that I had to use ibuprofen and ice/heat therapy for several days just to endure. It's been several weeks now, and I still have some pain. Although the workout looks harmless enough, just be aware of the potential problems if you already have any chronic conditions. The short workout program included may be too long to start out with.

This product is too light to really be of much use as far as results are concerned. Guess if you do no physical activity it might make a difference.

I really enjoy this thing! Granted, this exercise could be done without the shake weight, but it is fun to have a prop to help with the shakin'. Be careful though to get used to the weight, and ease your muscles into it before diving into the dvd routine. ;)

This is a joke! If you don't want to ever really workout or ever build a single muscle than this is for you! Come on people!! Please!! If you don't want to workout or get in shape, spend your money on food!!!! Not something that simply makes you feel like you're doing something and makes someone else rich!! What's next... 3 second abs???!!!
